At Grenade UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance nutrition; however, due to the nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all supplements and snacks are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify that your items are unopened, in original packaging, and within the 14-day return window from the date of receipt.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items securely to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the exterior of the package with your Authorization Number.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel back to our distribution center using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in the mail.
